Our experience with AC King was exceptional! Freddie and his entire staff were professional, timely, considerate and thoughtful. Our zoning issue was a bit complex and they took the time to understand the actual issue and recommend a solution that was appropriate for the problem. Just a few hours after the original installation our local power company experience an unexpected outage and the AC was down again. When the fan would not come back on after the power was restored we called AC King to help. They came out first thing the next morning to get our air conditioner up and running again. We have seldom experienced this level of responsiveness, especially during a heat wave. We highly recommend AC King for any HVAC services!

I needed to replace our HVAC system. After calling several highly rated companies I called AC King for an estimate for a Bryant system. What I liked about Freddy is how quickly he responded and how friendly and informative he was. His quote was competitive without any pressure and after accepting he and his crew were out within three days. They arrived at 7 am and all went smoothly with no problems or obstacles. They worked as a team and cleaned up by 2:30pm. I highly recommend AC King for any heating or ac issues.

In 2021 AC King removed our old heater and installed a new one plus AC in our attic. They did an awesome job. It’s so nice to know that you have a reliable unit that was installed by a professional team.

Frederico and his team are the best for any kind of service, maintenance, and installation. From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and professional. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed our furnace the same day. They also gave us tips for improving energy efficiency and maintaining the system. Greg and Ray did an amazing job fixing our AC. They replaced the capacitor, checked the AC fan and motor, and put in a new AC filter inside. They also fixed the airflow throughout the house to make sure every room has good air that the original company who installed my AC couldn't even adjust correctly. I am currently deployed, and they made everything easy for my wife while I was away. They were honest, professional, and took great care of our home at a fair price. I called AC King midweek for a Saturday appointment . The woman who made my appointment was accommodating and very kind. Fred and Greg arrived on time to address my HVAC issue. As they were troubleshooting the problem,Fred explained everything to me . They identified the problem quickly and fixed it in a reasonable timeframe. The blower needed to be replaced which is why air was not coming out of the vents. Fred and Greg were very personable and trustworthy. I will now use AC King for my HVAC maintenance.

I called Fred to request a residential AC installation at the end of summer (early September). Was prepared to wait a while based on the time of year. He was at my house to provide a quote within 3 days. His quote was well within typical range for the job, and once we hired him, the work was done a week later. His workers were courteous and efficient, and the job was completed within half a business day. Fred warranties his work (10 years for heavy equipment). I found him to be straightforward, friendly and reliable. Happy to finally have air in the summer.

AC Kings had convenient scheduling options and were able to come to my house an hour earlier than the slotted time so that I wouldn’t be late to work. I originally called them for maintenance on the AC and I wanted the coolant levels checked as we had a leak earlier in the year and I couldn’t get a hold of the company that fixed it. Reynen was polite and explained everything he was going to do and why. He identified a problem with the compressor and had the part available in his truck so I didn’t have to make another appointment. It took about an hour for the maintenance and to fix the compressor. Payment was made easily through Zelle. All and all, a good experience.

Amazing experience. Inspected and completed the repairs in a two hour time frame. Will be utilizing them for any future AC needs. Pricing was reasonable too. Follow up: AC had another malfunction after hours. Freddy and his team were at my house the next morning! Resolved the issues and gave me a discount. A honest & transparent business. Had two techs (Greg and Rylan) come out to check out two units (both pushing hot air only). They did an amazing job identifying the AC runs and troubleshooting the issues. These units are about 20 years old. One of the units wasn’t revivable, but the other one they replaced a fried capacitor and added a capacitor boost jumper! Super happy with their diligence, service, and attitude!

The guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Replace evaporator coil and got my a/c running cold. Clean install, no mess left behind.

The A/C King is AMAZING! Freddie and his team were very professional and efficient from start to finish. I had a small wall A/C unit in the living room and a wall gas heating furnace that needed to be removed once we committed to installing a two zone mini-split. Freddie was in contact with me from initial estimates, throughout the installation, that was completed in about 5 hours. Freddie had also arranged for a couple of estimates to remove wall heater and A/C wall unit and patch prior to installing our new Mitsubishi Mini-Split A/C system that turned out to be the best decisions I made. Not only did the A/C King, Freddie, deliver a top notch install, he and his crew, covered all bases, including dealing with an outdated power panel, and making it all work and look so clean and professional. The warranty on unit is 12 years including a 1 year labor warranty with the A/C King. The best part is that A/C King works with Synchrony who offered a Zero Interest for 12months, but hat covered a good portion of the mini-split expense. I strongly recommend choosing the A/C King for any business or residential A/C Units or service. I consider them part of my fam. Thank you Freddie.

AC King recently come out to diagnose the issue with our HVAC system, they showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue in no time, and clearly knew their stuff. Great service. I live very close to their HQ. At first I called and was told that they had too many calls and would not be able to see me today. Not 5 minutes later they contacted me and said they would be in the area within 30 minutes. Then not five minutes after that their truck showed up in front of my house. Yes it’s convenient to be super local. But the two techs who jumped out were very knowledgeable and happy to explain the troubleshooting methods to figure out why my unit stopped on me. Temperatures have been over 100 degrees as we are all experiencing. AC King, Inc. (Freddie owner) was referred to me by my neighbor who highly recommended Freddie. Freddie made time on his already booked schedule. He repaired my AC problem and was efficient, professional and reasonable. I am thankful that there are honest companies such as AC King, Inc. I will cancel my rewards membership with the current large company I am enrolled in. AC King, Inc. is now my AC company.

Freddy returned my call within an hour of my message and recognizing that my AC went out during this heatwave of 110 (also have a newborn) offered to squeeze me in while they were in the neighborhood. AC King installed a new furnace, air conditioner and updated my ductwork this week and did an outstanding job. From my initial meeting with Freddy through the completion of the work, the team was very professional and kept me updated regarding their progress. They cleaned the work sites and left my house as they found it, except the addition of a greatly needed update to my heating and cooling system. Their price was very competitive and while one company offered a slightly lower estimate, Freddy’s professionalism sold me on AC King. Great job and I strongly recommend them.

Freddy was very professional in his work. The condenser fan motor to my unit was faulting on and off. I called A/C King and spoke to Freddy and he scheduled me for the next day. He had availability earlier than scheduled so he called to let me know he could come by earlier. Freddy came prepared for the work and removed and replaced the motor and now my unit is running strong.
